摘要
供应链管理是一种体现敏捷制造、虚拟企业等思想的先进管理模式;同时它又是一个基于信息共享、知识联盟运行的管理系统。文中在分析其核心理念、形成机理的基础上,论述了供应链管理系统的运行体系结构及基本功能与特征。
SCM (supply chain management) is an advance management pattern, which gives expression to quick production, fictitious enterprises etc. It is a management system, based on information sharing and knowledge alliance. According to the analyses on its core theory and formation mechanism the structure of the operation system, the basic function and feature are discussed.
