摘要
由二茂铁经甲酰基化、氧化和酰氯化制备的 1 ,1′ 二茂铁二酰氯与对苯二胺和对硝基苯胺缩合反应 ,合成了新型磷酸盐敏感试剂 :1 ,1′ 二 [(对苯二胺基 ) N 羰基 ] 二茂铁 (L1 )和 1 ,1′ 二 [(对硝基苯胺基 ) N 羰基 ]二茂铁 (L2 ) ,并研究了L1 ,L2与磷酸盐阴离子的电子结合性能。L1 ,L2对磷酸盐响应灵敏。L1对H2 PO-4响应的线性为 1 .0 0 μg/mL~ 1 0 .0 0 μg/mL ,检测限 (3σ/k)为 0 .0 1 μg/mL ;L2对PO3 -4响应的线性为 6.60 μg/mL~5 4.5 0 μg/mL ,检测限 (3σ/k)为 0 .0 3 μg/mL。
Novel neutral ferrocenoyl receptors 1,1′-bis{[(p-phenylenediaminyl)amino]carbenyl}ferrocene(L1) and 1,1′-bis{[(p-nitrenilinyl)amino]carbonyl}ferrocence(L2) were prepared and characterized by element analyses etc. The absorption of L1 and L2 was also examined by UV absorption spectra. Applied in the recognition of phosphate, L1 responded linearly to H_2PO -_4 in the range from 1.00μg/mL to 10.00μg/mL , and its limit of detection(3σ/k) was 0.01μg/mL. L2 responded well in the range of PO 3- _4 from 6.60μg/mL to 54.50μg/mL, and the limit of detection(3σ/k) was 0.03μg/mL.
