摘要
为了合理使用冀东铁矿资源,用直径200mm、料层高度为430mm的烧结杯进行了实验室实验。经过剖析检验烧结后的料柱,揭示了冀东矿烧结过程中矿相的变化规律及机理,确认复合铁酸钙和正硅酸钙是在相互争夺液相的过程中生成的。
In order to utilize the iron ore resources of East Hebei in China reasonably, the experiments were made in sintering cup which is 430 mm in height and 200 mm in diameter. The sintered column was dissected and analyzed. The variation and mechanism of the ore phase during sintering were studied. The SFCA and calcium silicate were formed during the sintering process in which they enter rivalry for melted calcium.
