摘要
研究了回火温度和锻件尺寸对大型锻件0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb力学性能的影响。结果表明,在454~579℃的范围内,随着回火温度的升高,锻件的强度指标不断下降,而塑韧性指标不断提高。当回火温度超过538℃时,其韧性指标得到大幅度改善。尺寸因素对0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb大型锻件的冲击韧性有较大影响。
The effect of the tempering temperature and size on the mechanical properties of huge 0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb forging was studied. The result shows that the strength is reduced and the toughness is increased with the tempering temperature increasing from 454 to 579 ℃, and the size of the forging influences the toughness to a great extent.
