摘要
借助于Thermo Calc热力学计算软件,计算了S 04马氏体时效不锈钢不同时效温度下基体组织和析出相的变化,并根据计算结果优化了相应的时效处理工艺。力学性能测试和研究结果表明:用所确定的时效工艺进行热处理后,S 04钢的强韧性最好。
Thermodynamic calculation has been carried out for study of change of matrix and precipitates of maraging stainless steel S04 at different ageing temperature. Based on the calculated results, the heat treatment of steel S04 has been optimized. The results of mechanical test show that the best combination of strength and toughness of steel S04 can be obtained by new heat treatment.
