目前 ,随着手机的普及 ,利用短信作案的犯罪案件呈逐年上升趋势 ,对社会生活构成严重危害 ,引发了一系列的治安问题 ,针对短信犯罪隐蔽性强 ,覆盖性大 ,作案手段多样化的特点 ,应通过加强立法引导社会取向 ,加大对短信监控力度 ,提高人们信息安全意识 ,多管齐下 ,综合治理 ,使人们拥有一个洁净安宁的信息时空。

Recently, with the popularity of mobile phones, the criminal cases through short messages tend to go up each year. It causes a series of security problems which do great harm to our social life. To counter the concealment and extent of these crimes, we must strengthen the legislation and supervision over shortmessages and finally give people a clean and peaceful information world.
