An Analysis on Policies Set for Strategic Regrouping of Stated-owned Enterprises

对于体制和政策性障碍,用单一手段推进国有企业的战略性重组是难以凑效的。为此,政府应积极为企业制度转型创造环境;依靠资本市场支持国有企业改组;通过金融体制改革,建立国有资产管理的新体制以及新型社会保障体系,促进国有经济的战略性重组。

Facing many obstacles,we need complementary policy to boost the regrouping of stated-owned enterprises.It is not useful for promoting the regrouping of stated-owned enterprises to use single measure.The government should produce environment for the transformation of enterprise institution,uphold regrouping of state-owned enterprises depending on the capital market,build the new system of stated-owned property management and new society safeguarding system,push the strategic regrouping of state-owned economy through the reform of finance system.
