The Difference of Capital-forming, Imbalance of Regional Economic Development and Financial Innovation

资本是经济发展的基本要素。我国区域经济发展不平衡,一个主要因素就在于在不同地区资本会形成差异:东部地区快速发展的关键在于东部地区建立了一套有效率的资本形成机制,而这正是落后的西部地区所缺乏的。有效率的金融制度安排会大大促进资本的形成,从而满足区域经济发展的需要。本文试图从东西部地区资本形成机制的角度对东西部地区经济差距问题进行新的探讨。

The capital is a basic element of economic development.The regional economic development in our country is imbalance,a main factor lies in the capital-forming difference within the regions.The key of fast-developing in eastern area is that eastern area has set up the efficient capital-forming mechanism, and this is exactly scarce to backward west area;The efficient financial system arrangement had promoted the forming of the capital greatly,thus met regional economic developments demands.This paper,from the angle of mechanism, attempts to go on the new discussion on the regional economy disparity issue between the western and eastern.
