Developing Strategy of Points,Lines and Faces with "One Body with Two Wings" of Gansu Part in Western Longhai-Lanxin Economic Belt

西陇海—兰新经济带的形成与发展是西部大开发的重要举措之一,对于国家的生态安全与战略安全具有十分重要的意义,是当前区域经济研究的热点问题。本文以"一体两翼"战略为基础,从点的聚集、线的形成、面的拓展三个方面提出了加快甘肃经济发展的战略构想。

The forming and development of western Longhai-Lanxin economic belt is an important measure to develop the west,which has important significance for the safety of national ecology and strategy and is the focus of studies of regional economy.This paper is based on the strategy of 'one body with two wings' and puts forward the strategic idea of quickening Gansu economic development from the following three aspects:the collect of points,the forming of lines and expanding of faces.
