摘要
金融衍生产品在方便金融交易、降低交易成本、提高经济金融运行效率的同时,由于其本身的特性,也极大地提升了经济金融运行的风险。因此,对金融衍生工具所产生的金融风险防范就显得极为重要,实践中也就产生了是实行金融自由化还是实行金融控制的争论。
Financial derivative products have made the financial transactions convenient,decreased the transaction cost and increased the economic efficiency,while they have raised the risk of finance and economy.Hence,it is very important to defense the financial risk resulted from the financial derivative products'operations.It is a debate over financial liberalization and financial control in financial practice
