借鉴现代企业制度 推动高校后勤改革

Push the Reformation of Colleges' Rear Service by Using the Modern Industrial System

高校后勤改革是关系到整个教育改革的一件大事。近几年来,后勤改革成效虽然显著,但仍然没有实质性的进展,存在着简单分割、形式主义等问题。本文认为,促进高校后勤改革必须借鉴现代企业制度。

The reformation of Colleges rear service is an important thing which relates to the whole educational reformation.In recent years,the reformation of rear service has got many fruits,but it hasnt made substantial progress.There are some problems on it,such as simple separation and formalization.So,this paper thinks we must use modern industrial system to push the reformation of colleges rear service.
