从理论与实践的结合上,认为要加快学院发展、提高办学水平和教育教学质量,应当进一步解放思想,转变教育教学观念;深化教学改革和人才培养模式改革;积极进行教学内容、教学方法改革;加强教学管理和学风建设。

The article indicates that the teachers should open their minds,change their ideas,reform the teach-ing methods and the contents of the teaching to raise the level and the quality of edution,and advance the develop-ment of the college.
