摘要
教师的信任和期望是学生进步和成长的重要精神支柱和情感力量,教师在教学实践中正确应用"期望效应"理论,对学生的素质培养有着重要意义。论文通过对期望效应的形成及特点的分析,针对教师在教学实践中如何应用"期望效应"促进学生的成长进行了探讨。
Trust and expectation from the teacher is an important spiritual prop and emotional strength for students' progress and development. So the proper application of the expectation effect theory in teaching practice is significant for students' quality cultivation. Through analysis on the formation and characteristics of expectation effect, this paper gives advice on how to apply expectation effect theory in teaching practice so as to promote the development of students.
