摘要
文章从中西方传统社会对人性问题认识的差异所产生的不同文化的角度,分析了制度(文明)在文化中的重要地位及其影响,进而揭示制度文明主体的人性化、社会化基础以及法治取代人治均须关注人性的历史必然性。
In the light of different culture derived from the traditional society's diversity acknowledge of the human nature, the essay discusses the system civilization's significant position in culture and its influence, then reveal that the historical inevitability should be concerned about, when talking about the human nature of the system civilization, social foundation and that law-reign take the place of human-reign.
