95°角股骨髁钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间T型或Y型骨折

Treatment of T Type or Y Type Femoral Condyle Fracture through Internal Fixation with a 95° Plate

目的 探讨 95°角股骨髁钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间T型或Y型骨折的手术治疗途径及疗效。 方法 准确整复骨折后用 2枚克氏针和辅助钢板维持 ,确定刃板 (即髁钢板的短臂 )击入点后固定 95°股骨髁钢板 ,用 1枚骨栓进一步加压固定双髁。 结果 对 2 8例病人经 4个月～ 6年的术后随访 ,骨折均获愈合 ,功能优良率达 85 7%。 结论该术式骨折对位准确 ,内固定牢固 ,术后功能恢复满意 。

ObjectiveTo study the effectiveness and operative method of T type or Y type femoral condyle fracture through internal fixation with a 95° plate. Methods After accurately reducing the fracture, we used two kirchner nails and an assisting plate for maintenance, then decided the shooting point of the short arm of the plate which was fixed with 95°, and refixed the two condyles by two bolts of a screw. ResultsTwenty-eight cases were followed-up from 4 months to 6 years. The fractures healed, and 85.7% of the patients restored a good function. Conclusion This operative method has the advantage of accurate reduction, firm internal fixation, and satisfactory function of rehabilitation. It is an ideal operative method to treat T type or Y type femoral condyle fracture.
