摘要
目的:探讨前牙烤瓷冠在烧结过程中收缩的变化规律.方法:17例前牙烤瓷冠定点,利用烧瓷专用厚度千分表进行烤前、烤后测量,计算收缩率.结果:前牙烤瓷冠不同部位的瓷收缩率不同,唇侧高度收缩值小于9%,与切端宽度、厚度收缩值相比有显著性差异.
ve: To study the linear sintering shrinkage rate (LSSR) of porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crown. Methods: Five points (A、 B、 C、 D、 O) on the surface of upper incisor's PFM crown were marked. The distance or the thick was determinated by using a ruler designed specially for PFM crown .The LSSR was calculated with the labial incisor width' and thickness ' LSSR by using SAS software. Results: There was a difference among the five groups about LSSR . The three labial high LSSR was near 9%. Conclusion: The porcelan's LSSR was affected by inner crown. The LSSR was lower than standard number provided by producers .
