骨形成蛋白复合载体材料的改进研究

摘要 可作为骨形成蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,Bmp)的载体材料很多,但是均存在不足之处,至今还没有发现完全理想的BMP载体,近来许多学者对现有的载体加以改进,通过复合技术将多种载体复合,在载体内部加入生物聚合液、其它骨生成因子、激素,与骨促进膜联合应用,以及应用冻干等理化方法改进现有载体,从而改善载体的性能,更有利于BMP诱导骨生成。
