摘要
目的:观察磁体+衔铁以及衔铁引起MRI伪影的差别。方法:以三种磁性固位体产品为样本,在0.15Tesla的永磁型磁共振仪上,分别进行体外实验和口腔内实验,对MRI伪影的最大径进行测量和分析。结果:衔铁引起伪影的最大径为91.9mm,磁体+衔铁引起伪影的最大径为145.3mm。结论:衔铁引起伪影的范围明显小于衔铁+磁体,其最大径之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。
Objective: The aim of this research was to examine the difference of artifacts between whole magnetic attachment (magnetic assembly and keeper) and keeper upon MRI. Method: Three samples were imaged in a water phantom and a living human subject with 0.15 Tesla magnetic resonance devices. Results were analyzed and the maximum diameters of artifacts were measured. Results: The maximum diameter of the artifact caused by the whole magnetic attachment is 145.3mm, and that caused by keeper is 91.9mm. Conclusions: The scope of artifact caused by keeper is smaller than that caused by the whole magnetic attachment. The difference is statistically significant (p<0.05).
