摘要
目的:观察分体栓道式铸造桩核在磨牙残冠残根修复中的作用。方法:选择牙根分叉较大的磨牙残冠残根,经完善根管充填后,制作分体栓道式铸造桩核,然后精密铸造金属全冠修复。结果:随诊120例128颗才,观察时间最短6个月,最长8年,冠无松动、固位好,能够承受正常咬合力,行使正常咀嚼功能。无发生根管折裂,患者无明显不适感。结论:该方法能减少患牙的拔除率,提高了残冠残根的远期临床效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of casting anatomy bolt post-core in restoration of residual crown and root of molars. Methods: The residual crown and root of large furcation molars by full root-fill were chosen. Then casting anatomy bolt post-core molars are restored with finely casting full crowns. Results: 128teeth of 120cases were tailed 6months to 8years. The observation shows crown is no loosening, the retention is good, and the function of chewing is normal. There is no root fracture and no uncomfortable. Conclusion: This method of restoration can reduce the rate of extraction and elongate the life of defected teeth.
