超声引导下乳腺自动活检术的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下乳腺活检术的临床应用价值。方法:对35例乳腺实质性病灶患者进行了活检术,使用16G切割针及活检枪。结果:35例组织芯病理诊断:恶性10例,可疑恶性1例,良性24例。乳腺活检病理诊断与手术及随访符合率为97%(34/35)。结论:超声引导下乳腺活检术准确、快速、创伤小,是一项值得临床应用的新方法。
