摘要
本文采用透射电镜研究了30CrMnSi钢亚温淬火回火后反常的机械性能与显微组织间的关系。实验结果表明:30CrMnSi钢反常的机械性能是由其显微组织的变化引起的。当30CrMnSi钢810℃或830℃亚温淬火500℃回火后,铁素体上有细丝状的碳(或氮)化物共格析出,使机械性能变差。
This paper deals with the relationship between mechanical properties and microstructure of 30CrMnSi steel tempering after intercritical hardening with TEM. It is shown that the abnormal mechanical properties of 30CrMnSi steel is temperd at 500℃ after intercritical hardening at 810℃ or 830℃ the carbide (or nitride) in the fine threaded state coherentely seperates out from ferrite which lowers the mechanical properties of the steel.
