摘要
依据近代传热学的概念与理论,用不稳定导热反问题的方法,推出淬火介质圆柱体银探头线性反问题的精确解,从而能较精确地由柱心温度算出探头冷却时的表面温度和表面热流密度,这将为科学地评定介质冷却能力提供可靠的数据。所有的冷却特性值和特性曲线,均由研制的淬火介质冷却能力测试分析系统自动显示、打印和绘图。采样点最多可达10k,采样时间间隔可在0.1~164ms之间任选,数据精度0.1%,时间精度0.4%。
On the basis of recent concept and theory of heat transfer, using the method of the inverse instable heat conduction problem, the accurate solution of linear inversion problem of cylindrical silver-probe in the quenching media was induced, therefore from the core-temperature of the probe during cooling, the surface temperature and heat flow density of the probe can be calculated accurately. It will be provided reliable data to evaluate the cooling power of quenchant scientifically. All the cooling characteristics of quenching media have been studied by a computer-aided test equipment with functions of display, print and draw, sampling points up to 10k, sampling period in 0.1~164 ms, data accuracy within 0.1%, time accuracy within 0.4%.
