"3S"技术是近年来发展起来的高新技术,在各行各业的发展中将发挥越来越重要的作用。"3S"技术在水土保持行业具有广阔的应用前景,为水土流失动态监测、水土保持规划、工程设计、效益评估等提供准确、快速的手段;为领导决策提供全面、科学、准确的依据。使水土保持管理工作实现信息化、自动化、智能化和高效化,进一步提高水土流失的防治水平。
The '3S' are new technologies recently developed, and more and more application of them have improved development in many fields. The '3S'technologies have a comprehensive perspective of applications on soil and water conservation. They can provide accurate , fast way for soil erosion monitoring , planning , engineering design , benefit evaluation of soil conservation , and support the decision making. The applications of '3S' will promote the informational, automatic intellective ,and effective administration on soil and water conservation , and enhance its level.
