EBVCA-IgA与EBVNA-IgA联合检测对鼻咽癌诊断的意义

Detection of Diagnosis About Nasopharyngeal Carcinorma Combined with EBVCA-IgA and EBVA-IgA in Serum

目的:探讨EBVCA-IgA与EBVNA-IgA联合检测对鼻咽癌诊断的意义。方法:分别采用免疫酶法和ELISA间接法检测60例正常人,57例鼻炎患者和84例鼻咽癌患者血清中EB病毒壳抗原IgA(VCA IgA)和EB病毒核抗原IgA(VNA-IgA),评价两项指标联合检测对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。结果:联合检测敏感性为95.2％,特异性为92.3％。有效性为93.5％。敏感性和有效性明显高于单项检测。结论:VCA-IgA和VNA-IgA对EB病毒的感染具有各自的临床应有价值。联合检测该两项指标可显著提高对鼻咽癌早期诊断的敏感性和有效性。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of EBVCA-IgG and EBVNA IgA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 84 nasopyaryngeal carcinoma patients,57 nasitis patients and 60 healthy control were selected. EBVCA-IgA and EBNA-IgA in serum were determined to evaluated the diagnostic value of the combined determination of the two indexes. Results Except the specificity (92. 3%),the sensitivity of the combination (95. 2 % ) and the availability (93. 5 %) were obvious higher than those determined alone. Conclusion In diagnosing the infection of EB virus, VCA IgA and EBNA-lgA have their clinical values respectively. The combined determination of the two indexs can increas the sesitivity and availability in the diagnosis of nasopharyngcal carcinoma.
