摘要
目的:初步探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉造影的成像技术。材料与方法:50例可疑冠心病患者行MSCT冠状动脉造影检查,分析不同心电相位窗,不同重建方法以及心率对冠状动脉图像质量的影响。结果:在70%的R-R间期重建图像质量最高,横断面显示为最基本的方法之一,MIP、RT3D有较大的潜力,MPR、VE可作为补充。心率小于70次/分时,图像运动伪影较少,且心率的变化主要影响右冠远段和回旋支中段。结论:MSCT冠状动脉成像具有较大的潜力,有可能成为冠心病非创伤性检查中极有价值的一种。
Purpose To investigate the techniques of multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) coronary angiography. Materials and Methods Fifty patients with suspected coronary heart disease (CHD) underwent MSCT coronary angiography, to analysis the factors influencing the coronary artery imaging quality, including the selection of beating cycle in retrospective ECG-gated reconstruction, heart rate and the different reconstructive method. Results The optimal image reconstruction windon of cardiac cycle was at 70 %. Transverse scanning was the essential method to display images. MIP, RT3D may have the great potential role and MRP, VE may be a complementary method. Images obtained with heart rate not more than 70 bpm showed less artifacts. Motion artifacts in the distal part of the LCX significantly increased at higher rates. Conclusion MSCT has a great potential role in evaluating coronary arteries and has great value as a noninvasive method.
