外源性褪黑激素对小鼠生精细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察褪黑激素对生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法 HE染色、TUNEL测定 (核快红复染 )。结果 HE染色下睾丸间质细胞的面积随褪黑激素的增多而减小 ,与睾酮的浓度变化相一致。TUNEL阳性细胞随褪黑激素的增加有增多的趋势 ,但超过一定量后 (10 0ug) ,不再增多。 2 0~ 30d的处理组呈现与 30~ 4 0d的处理组不同的结果。结论 外源性褪黑激素具有促进生精细胞凋亡的作用。 Objective To observe the melatonin influence to the apoptotic spermatogenic cells. Methods HE stain, TUNEL determine(nuclear fast red re-stain). Results Under HE stain the area of quality of leydig cells follow melatonin grow reduce little, with testosterone concentration change appearance consistent. TUNEL positive cell follow increase of the melatonin have the tendency that grows, but after exceeding certain quantity ( 100 ug ), do not grow again. the handling group of 20~30 d with the handling group of 30~40 d the result not appearance consistent.Conclusions Exo-melatonin has the role that promotes the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells. It is this kind of to take affect with for the inhibition of testosterone not appearance consistent.
