超声引导下宫腔内注入无水乙醇治疗子宫内膜增殖症 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :利用无水乙醇可使子宫内膜凝固、丧失活性、脱落的作用 ,治疗子宫内膜增殖症。方法 :在超声引导下向 2 7例患者的宫腔内注入无水乙醇 ,保留 2 5分钟 ,观察疗效。结果 :治疗后随访 4~ 12个月 ,出血 :当月停止占 92 .5 % ,服少量止血剂后停止占 7.4%。月经周期 :恢复正常占 74.0 % ,较病前延长占 11.1% ,较病前缩短占 11.1%。月经量 :恢复正常 70 .3 % ,较病前减少占 2 2 .2 % ,较术前明显减少占 3 .7%。绝经 :占 3 .7%。副反应以局部短暂轻度疼痛为主。结论 :超声引导下宫腔内注入无水乙醇治疗子宫内膜增殖症术 ,操作简便准确、疗效满意 。
