水稻新品种测试中性状差异显著性判定的分析

DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS ON SIGNIFICANCE OF CHARACTER DIFFERENCE IN TESTING NEW RICE VARIETIES

在植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性的测试过程中 ,对申请品种和近似品种的测试性状的差异显著性判定进行了分析 ,认为如果两者是分布在不同级别的质量性状 ,或者是分布于相邻级别、申请品种与其近似品种的平均数差值又大于该性状级差的数量性状 ,或者是分布于同一级别但两者有各自独立的性状取值范围的数量性状 ,即可判定申请品种和近似品种在该性状存在显著差异 。

A discriminant analysis on significance of the character differences between the declared variety and the similar variety was made in testing the distinctness, uniformity and stability of new rice varieties. It was considered that there was a significant difference of characters between the declared variety and the similar variety if both qualitative characters were at different levels, or at adjacent levels and the average margin between the declared variety and the similar variety was larger than the range of the characters, or at the same level but both had independent bounds of characters.
