影响网纹甜瓜制种效率因素的研究

STUDY OF DIFFERENT FACTORS OF HYBRID SEEDS COLLECTING ON NETTED MELON

采用结实花不同蕾期去雄、不同授粉时间、父本不同花期花粉处理等因素 ,研究网纹甜瓜制种效果 ,结果表明 :大蕾期去雄后当天即用新鲜花粉授粉 ,与通常去雄后翌日授粉相比 ,其生产的种子产量和质量不受影响 ;同时 ,在植株生长发育中采用单杆整株单枝留 2瓜的植株调整方法是网纹甜瓜杂交制种最宜采用的方法 ,其种子产量最高 ,种子质量与单杆整枝单株留 1瓜接近。

In this experiment, some treatment with different bud pollination and different plant training methods were used on seeds collecting of netted melon. The results indicated that the most appropriate treatment way was that the seeds yield and quality were both the highest when the big bud stage castrated with fresh pollen pollinating at once was adopted. The seeds yield was the highest and the quality was higher when two vine training with two retained setting fruits per plant were used on the plant training.
