水稻籼粳亚种间杂交组合灌浆期叶片衰老生理研究 被引量:14

摘要 对水稻籼粳亚种间杂交组合II优 2 0 70、II优 4 1 9及其恢复系 2 0 70、中 4 1 9始穗后叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)及膜脂过氧化特性的变化规律进行了分析。结果表明 ,亚种间杂交组合功能叶具有很强的生理活性 ,三种保护酶活性在灌浆期间下降延缓 ,MDA增加幅度较小 ,组织自动氧化速率较低 ,衰老启动推迟。实验认为这三种保护酶的活性差异可以反映同一品种 (组合 )不同叶片的衰退变化 ,其中过氧化氢酶的活性水平可作为反映这种时间进程差异的合适的生理指标。 The activities of SOD, POD and CAT and MDA contents of leaves of Indica Japonica hybrid rices IIyou 2070 and IIyou 419 as well as their restorers 2070 and Zhong 419 after initial heading stage were analysed. The results showed that the functional leaves of the Indica Japonica hybrid rices had strong physiological activity, their activities of SOD, POD and CAT decreased slowly at grain filling stage, their MDA contents increased quite little, and autoxidation rates were quite low, which delayed leaf senescence. Results of our experiments indicated that the differences of SOD, POD and CAT activities could reflect the senescence process of different leaves in the same varieities, and the catalase activity was the right physiological index to reflect this process differences.
