摘要
目的:研究先天性室间隔缺损(先心室缺)患儿血浆血栓素(TXA2)、前列环素(PGI2)与肺高压的关系。方法:以心导管术或手术前直接测压法测定28例先心室缺患儿的肺动脉压,采用放射免疫法测定其血浆中TXA2、PGI2的稳定代谢产物血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的水平,以了解TXA2、PGI2的浓度变化。以10例正常儿童为对照组。结果:①与对照组比较,正常肺动脉压组(NPAP)血浆TXB2、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α无显著改变,而6-keto-PGF1α则显著降低;肺高压组(PAH)TXB2、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α均显著升高。而6-keto-PGF1α与之相近;②与NPAP比较,PAH组TXB2、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α显著升高,而6-ke-to-PGF1α虽有升高,但无显著意义。结论:血浆TXA2。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of TXA 2、PGI 2 and pulmonary artery hypertension in children with congenital ventricular septal defect (VSD).Method: The pulmonary pressure of 28 cases with congenital VSD was determined by catheterization or directly determined before surgery and the plasma levels of TXB 2、6 keto PGF 1α (the metabolites of the TXA 2、PGI 2) were determined by the RIA.Ten healthy children were used as the control group.Results:①Compared with the control group,in normal pulmonary artery pressure group (NPAP),the plasma levels of TXB 2、TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α showed no significant change,but the level of 6 keto PGF 1α was significantly lower;in pulmonary artery hypertension group (PAH),the plasma levels of TXB 2 and TXB 2/ 6 keto PGF 1α were significantly increased,but the level of 6 keto PGF 1α was nearly normal.②Compared to the NPAP,the plasma levels of TXB 2,TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α of the PAH were significantly increased,while the level of 6 keto PGF 1α was increased,but without statistical significance.Conclusion:The imbalance between plasma levels of TXA 2、PGI 2 may contribute to the course of pulmonary artery hypertension.
