米索前列醇与催产素联合用于晚期妊娠引产效果观察

The Combination of Misoprostol with Oxytocin in Labor Induction of Late Pregnancy

目的：探索米索前列醇在晚期妊娠引产中的效果和安全性。方法：有引产指征而无使用米索前列醇引产禁忌征的单胎、头位、胎膜完整的晚期妊娠孕妇 １００ 例，随机分为 Ａ 组和 Ｂ组各５０例， Ａ 组阴道后穹窿放入米索前列醇５０ μｇ，１２ ｈ 后如无正规宫缩，则加用催产素２．５ ｕ，加入５％ 葡萄糖５００ ｍ ｌ中静滴引产， Ｂ组仅用催产素２．５ ｕ 引产。结果： Ａ 组引产成功率比 Ｂ组高，有显著差异，但两组的分娩结局、新生儿评分、羊水粪染无显著差异。结论：用米索前列醇与催产素联合用于晚期妊娠引产，可缩短产程，提高引产效果。

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of misoprostol for labor induction of late pregnancy.Methods:One hundred pregnant women with single pregnancy,vertex presence and intact membrane were randomly assigned into two groups,fifty for each.Misoprostol (50 μg) was placed in the posterior vaginal fornix in group A.If there was no regular uterine contraction after 12 hours,oxytocin 2.5 u in 5% glucose 500 ml was injected.Subjects in group B were only given oxytocin 2.5 u.Results:The sucesess rate of labor induction was higher in group A than that in group B with significant difference,but there were no significant differences between the two groups in delivery results,neonatorum scores and meonieum in anmiotic fluid.Conclusion:Combination of misoprostol with oxytocin can shorten time of delivery process and improve efficacy of labor induction.It is efficient and safe for late pregnancy.
