调脂积冲剂治疗脂肪肝小鼠的实验研究

Experinental study of TiaoZbiJi Soluble Granules on Fatty Degeneration of Liver in Mices

目的:观察调脂积冲剂对小鼠肝脂肪变性的治疗作用。方法:将60只ICR小鼠随机分成6组,即正常组、模型组、易善复组,调脂积高、中、低剂量组。采用四氯化碳(ccl4)合并乳剂诱导的小鼠肝脂变性模型,测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT),肝组织中甘油三酯、胆固醇含量及肝组织的病理改变。结果:调脂积组能显著降低血清TG、肝组织TC、TG的含量(P<0.05)及血中ALT含量(P<0.001),并可改善肝细胞的脂肪变性情况(P<0.05)。结论:调脂积冲剂能显著降低肝内及血中脂质及谷丙转氨酶,起到调节脂质代谢,保护肝脏的作用。

Objective:To observe if TiaoZhiJi soluble granules(TZJSG) has any therapeutical effect on the degeneration of fatty deposits in mices' livers. Methods: Sixty ICRS were randomly divided into 6 groups: the normal group, the model group, the YiShanFu(YSF)group and the TiaoZhiJi(TZJ) group. Emulsion and carbon tetrachloride (ccl4) was used to induce fatty deposits on the liver in mices.To test the contents of triglyceride(TG) ,cholesterin(TC) and alanine aminotransferase( ALT) in blood and liver organ, and observe pathologic change in rat' s liver tissue. Results: The contents of TC, TG, GPT in serum and liver organ were obviously decreased than that in model group ( P < 0.05) .And there was significant difference between medicine groups and model group in pathologic change ( P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The TZJSG could significantly lower the contents of TC,TG,GPT and protect the liver cells.
