摘要
通过金相、电子显微分析、X射线分析及力学性能测试,研究了高强韧低合金冷模具钢(GD钢即6CrNiMnSiMoV钢)在各种热处理状态下的显微组织和力学性能,提出了保证GD钢高强韧性的最佳退火工艺和淬火,回火工艺,提出M/B_下复相处理是进一步提高GD钢强韧性的有效途径.还列举了部分应用实例。
Microstructures and mechanical properties of a high toughness-strenglh and low alloying cold working die steel (GD steel i. e. 6CrNiMnSiMoV steel) under various heat treatment were studied by means of metallography, electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The optimum annealing, quench hardening and tempering processes of this steel were given by which high toughness-strength could be obtained. It was pointed out that the martensite-bainite double phase treatment is an effective way to increase furtherly the toughness-strength. Some applications of the steel were given in the paper.
