摘要 目的 研究正常人不同年龄图形视觉诱发电位波形的变化规律。方法 选择正常人90例,按年龄分为3组,每组30人。第1组为儿童组,年龄6-12岁;第2组为少年组,年龄13~18岁;第3组为成人组,年龄19-35岁。采用AVES2000电生理仪,行图形视觉诱发电位的检测。结果 ①P100波潜伏时问在儿童组与成人组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);N145波潜伏时问在三组问均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。②P100波和N145波的幅值在三组问均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且两者与年龄皆成负相关关系。结论 随着年龄的增长,图形诱发电位的潜伏时间逐渐缩短,振幅值逐渐降低,至成年后达到相对稳定的水平。尤其以N145波变化最为明显。 Objective To investigate the roles of changes of pattern visual evoked potential(PVEP) in the developmental stages. Methods A total of 90 normal persons were divided into three groups(30 in each group) based on ages: group one, 6-12 years old; group two, 12 ~ 18 years old; group three, 19 ~ 35 years old. Detection of PVEP in subjects in each group was performed using AVES2000 electrophysiological apparatus. Results No significant difference in latency time of P100 was found between the three groups( P > 0.05) , but significant difference in latency time of N145 was found between the three groups (P < 0.01). Significant difference in amplitude values of P100 and N145 was found between the three groups. The amplitude value and latency time were positively correlated with age in subjects between the ages of 6 and 35. Conclusion Gradually shortened latency time and decreased amplitude value of PVEP are in an age-dependent manner. Changes of N145 are significant.
