摘要 目的 探讨川芎嗪对模拟高原犬急性肺损伤的防治作用。方法在模拟4 000 m高原下,将21只犬随机分为对照组、致伤组及川芎嗪治疗组,观察外周血WBC、血气分析、肺含水量及肺组织形态变化。结果川芎嗪可抑制犬伤后外周血WBC下降,减轻肺内炎性细胞浸润及肺水肿,但对动脉血氧分压(PaO2)下降无明显改善。结论川芎嗪可部分改善脂肪栓塞所致的急性肺损伤。 Objective To explore the roles of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) in the prevention of simulated high altitude acute lung injury(ALI) in dogs. Methods A total of 21 dogs were randomly divided into ALI, treatment and control groups in a simulated altitude of 4 000 m. All animals were sacrificed at 6 h after exposure to the altitude . Results TMP could inhibit the decrease of the peripheral WBC count and alleviate the infiltration of inflammatory cells in lungs and pulmonary edema. No marked improvement of the decreased level of arterial PaO2 was found. Conclusion TMP can partially improve acute lung injury due to fat embolism.
