恶性非功能性胰岛细胞瘤临床分析

Clinical analysis of 11 cases of malignant nonfunctioning Islet cell tumor

目的:探讨恶性非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断和治疗.方法:对1986年1月至1998年6月间收治的11例恶性非功能性胰岛细胞瘤进行回顾性分析.结果:男6例,女5例,年龄11岁～75岁,平均42.5岁.肿瘤位于胰头部5例,体部及尾部各3例.肿瘤直径3cm～13cm,平均7.9cm.B超和CT检查肿瘤定位准确率分别为82%(9/11)和90%(9/10).结论:B超、CT和术前超声引导肿块穿刺活检是发现本病的有效手段.术中应取得病理学诊断,治疗应行手术切除.

Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of malignant nonfunctioning islet cell tumor of pancreds. Method: 11 patients with the malignant nonfunctioning islet cell tumor admitted were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 6 patients were males and 5 cases females. Ages ranged from 11 to 75 years (median 42.5 years) . The tumors of 5 cases located in the pancre-atic head and 3 cases located in the body and the tail, respectively. The diameter of the tumors ranged from 3 cm to 13 cm (median 7.9cm) . Accurate localization rate of ultrasound and CT examinations were 82% (9/11) and 90% (9/10), respectively. Conclusion: Ultrasound, CT and preoperative ultrasound ?guided needle biopsy were effective methods in detecting this disease, and pathological diagnosis should be taken during operation and radical resection should be done.
