综合性医院急诊观察室待床排队系统的研究

The research on the queuing system of emergency observation room in general hospital

目的 :研究合理设置急诊留观床位数的科学的管理方法 ;方法 :采用运筹学中的排队论原理对综合性医院急诊留观病人排队系统进行研究 ;结果 :提出了床位设置的最佳值 ,并指出适当增加留观床位 ,加强管理有效降低平均留观天数及其波动程度 ,可增加床位周转率 ,满足“以病人为中心”的服务要求 ;结论 :排队论理论应用于医院管理是科学、有效的方法。

Objective: To explore how to arrange the number of beds in emergency observation room, and make full use of medical resources. Methods: Use queuing theory to make research on the queuing system of emergency patients in general hospitals. Results: Put forth the standard which can assess emergency work more exactly and point out that adding beds and decreasing service time will satisfy the patients' requirements. Conclusion: Queuing theory is a scientific and effctive method in hospital administration.
