现行的医院后勤保障是以自成体系、自我配套的模式来实现 ,形成了医院办“社会”的格局 ,导致后勤资源配置重复 ,经费不足与浪费现象并存。为达到后勤保障效益最大化 ,必须对现行模式进行改革 ,在向社会购买保障力的同时 ,将现有保障实体的职能转向社会化 ,推向市场 ,从而优化保障机制 ,最大限度地降低医院在后勤服务上的消耗 ,发掘保障潜能 ,获取最大的保障效益。

The present hospital logistics takes the form of a self-sustaining and self-complementing pattern, which results in a repeated deployment of logistic resources. In order to maximize the social effect of logistics, we must reform the present pattern. The author suggests socializing the functions of the present logistic system, and pushing it to the market, in the hope of perfecting the guarantee mechanism, reducing expenditure on hospital service, exploring the potential, and reaping the maximum social benefits.
