新形势下临床用血管理初探

Probing into the Administration of Clinical Blood Use under the New Situations

结合我院实际从加强临床用血管理的组织领导、科学宣传、完善制度和措施三个方面进行了探讨。通过开源节流 ,积极推广成分输血、自身输血、互助献血 ,加强用血申请管理及完善考核办法等措施 ,使临床用血的供需矛盾在一定程度上得到了缓解 ,达到和超过了国家卫生部要求的“三甲”医院用血比例标准。

The author probes three aspects related to clinical blood use: strengthening the organization and management of clinical blood use, scientific education, and improving the mechanism and measures. Through such measures as enlarging sources and economizing on costs, promoting type-donation, self-donation and mutual donation, strengthening the management of clinical blood use application, and improving checking measures, the hospital softens, to a certain extent, the conflict between supply and demand in clinical blood use. Moreover, the author points out that the hospital has met and surpassed the standard of blood use ratio set up by the national Ministry of Health in AAA hospitals.
