The Significance of Cultural Education in Highland Hospitals

分析了医院文化教育的共性。指出了在高原独特的地理环境中 ,民族语言文化教育 ,尊重民族习惯 ,执行民族宗教政策 ,做好民族医疗是高原医院文化教育的特殊性。应把提高员工思想政治素质、人格道德素质和业务素质作为医院文化教育的核心。

The article analyzed the common features of hospital cultural education, and pointed out that, in the unique geographic surrounding of the highland, the key ingredients of hospital cultural education are the education of ethnic language, respect for ethnic customs, execution of religious policies, and implementation of ethnic medical care. The article further stated that the core of the hospital cultural education is to improve the political, moral, and professional qualities of hospital staff.
