摘要
简要介绍全军统一的CME试行办法 ,着重分析了该试行办法 ,提出了有待进一步探讨的问题及解决这些问题的对策。指出评价CME应分为过程评价和结果评价二个部分 ,而且要重视结果评价。
The article first briefly introduces the trial implementation of CME in the army, and points out the existing problems and possible solutions to be solved and probed. It then suggests that the evaluation of CME should be divided into process evaluation and result evaluation, with the latter being the emphasis.
