摘要
医院评判是医院管理的重要内容。评判不服会给第二年工作带来不利影响。本文将数理统计和微机管理用于功奖评判 ,提出同工评判和异工评判 ,整体单评和混评意义及评判依据 ,提出主成份分析法在医院管理中的采用 ,以及功奖评判达到预期目的的关键因素。
Hospital Assessment is an important ingredient of hospital administration. Improper handling of assessment of rewards and penalties will bring negative effect to future work. The article applies mathematical statistics and computer management into assessing rewards and penalties and puts forward the criterion for assessment of equal work or different work, overall assessment and individual assessment. The article further points out the key factors concerning the application of content analysis in hospital management and the objectives which the rewards and penalties assessment are expected to achieve.
