应用组织芯片技术对外阴尖锐湿疣和鳞状细胞癌关系的研究 被引量:1

Analysis of the Relationship between Vulva Condyloma Acuminatum and Squamous Cell Carcinoma by Tissue Microarray

摘要 为探讨外阴尖锐湿疣和鳞状细胞癌之间的关系 ,使用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术观察 2 2 7例外阴尖锐湿疣和 2 1例外阴鳞状细胞癌 HPV16/ 18、p5 3、PCNA的表达 ,并进行了分析。结果显示 ,HPV16/ 18阳性外阴尖锐湿疣 p5 3、PCNA的阳性指数、吸光度与 HPV16/ 18阴性者差异有显著性 ,与鳞状细胞癌也有显著差异 ;HPV16/ 18阳性外阴尖锐湿疣的 PCNA表达率与鳞状细胞癌无显著差异。
