一种平战用外固定器的研制及临床应用

A New Kind of External Fixator for Dual Purpose in Peaceful Time and Wartime and Its Clinic Application

目的 :自行研制平战时两用外固定器并评估其临床应用效果。方法 :用不锈钢和铝合金材料制的平战用外固定器 ,临床应用治疗四肢骨折共 72例。其中闭合性骨折 3 7例 ,开放性骨折 3 5例。结果 :72例病人术后伤口均一期愈合 ,术后随访 7～ 3 6个月 ,所有骨折均在 6～ 3 0周愈合 ,肢体功能满意。无骨不连和其他并发症发生。结论 :平战用外固定器设计合理 ,操作简便 ,具有创伤小、固定牢固、骨折愈合率高、并发症发生率低等优点 ,尤其适用于对开放性骨折及火器伤骨折的救治。

Objectives To develop a new kind of external fixator for dual purpose in peaceful time and wartime and to make an evaluation about its clinic application effects.Methods:The authors studied this new kind of external fixator made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy.It was used to treat 72 limb fractures, including 37 closed fractures and 35 open fractures.Results:All wounds recovered with primary healing.Following up for 7～36 months after surgery all fractures healed in 6～30 weeks and limb function was satisfactory.There were no nonunion and other complications.Conclusions:The design of this new external fixators is reasonable and the fixing technique is also simple.Meantime it has the privileges of micro-injury, secure stabilization and high healing rate of fracture, so it is particularly suitable for the treatment of open and gun-shot fracture.
