摘要 盐酸雷诺希芬是一种用于治疗骨质疏松症的药物 ,文中采用多种核磁共振技术 ,特别是1 H 1 HCOSY、HMQC、HMBC等 2DNMR技术 ,分别指认了其氢谱和碳谱的各个信号 。 Realoxifen hydrochloride is a new drug that can be used for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and other diseases caused by osteoporosis. In this study, NMR techniques, including DEPT, two dimensional \{\}\+1H \+1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC, were used for the elucidation of its structure.
