合成了Mn(Ⅱ)与亚胺基二乙酸(H2ida)六配位的[MnII(Hida)2(H2O)2]配合物并测定了配合物的分子结构和晶体结构。具体测定结果如下:四方晶系, P421c空间群, a = 8.0932(2), c = 9.602(3) ? V = 628.9(3) ?, Z = 2, Mr = 353.15, Dc = 1.865 g/cm3, m = 1.108 mm-1和F(000) = 362。最终偏差因子分别为R = 0.0272, wR = 0.0819 (对544 (I > 2.0(I))可观察衍射点) 和R = 0.0282, wR = 0.0828 (对所有2494衍射点)。 [MnII(Hida)2(H2O)2]配合物通过MnII与ida配体之间的配位键构成了二维平面网状结构, MnII离子与4个ida配体中的羧酸基氧原子及2个配位水形成的略有畸变的六配位八面体结构。
The polymer [MnII(Hida)2(H2O)2] (ida = iminodiacetic acid) complex was synthesized and its molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal data are as follows: tetragonal system, P421c space group, a = 8.093(2), c = 9.602(3) , V = 628.9(3) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 353.15, Dc = 1.865 g/cm3, m = 1.108 mm-1 and F(000) = 362. The final R and wR are 0.0272 and 0.0819 for 544 (I > 2.0s(I)) observed reflections and 0.0282 and 0.0828 for all 2494 reflections, respectively. The 2D plane net structure is formed through the coordination bonds between MnII and ida ligands in [MnII(Hida)2(H2O)2]. Each central metal MnII ion is surrounded by six O atoms from four carboxyl groups and two coordinate waters, and the coordinate structure is a slightly aberrant octahedron.
