重复应用CIDR进行超排的效果分析

2002年11月至2003年1月,在新疆金牛生物股份有限公司牛场开展了澳大利亚进口荷斯坦牛超数排卵工作。供体牛埋植CIDR进行超排。CIDR用过一次超排后,经过处理供第二次使用(第二次为旧CIDR)。经过对184头澳大利亚供体牛进行超数排卵,其中:14月龄供体牛埋植新CIDR平均每头获可用胚7.6枚,埋植旧CIDR平均每头获可用胚6.1枚;15月龄供体牛埋植新CIDR平均每头获可用胚胎6.9枚,埋植旧CIDR平均每头获可用胚胎6.6枚。对同一批次不同月龄供体牛平均每头获可用胚胎数进行对比分析,结果差异不显著。

From 11.2002 to 1. 2003. a study on Hostein rlonors (from Australia)sper ovulation was conducted in farm of xinjiang gold cattle Bio. ine. CIDR was used to superovulation. In this studies, CIDR was reused in 184 Hostein donors. The average number of useable embryos was 7.6/head in 14 months age Hostein donors when treated with new CIDR and 6.1/head when treated with reused CIDR. In 15 months age Hostein donors, the number of useable embryos was 6.9/head and 6.6/head, respecticely. The result indicated that on the same treatment there was no significant difference berween 14 months age and 15 months age donors.
