摘要
研究了银耳多糖铁(Ⅲ)配合物在pH4~12的水解情况,未观察到有沉淀生成,可望有较好的生物利用度。通过大鼠静注给药测得其在体内的消除是一级动力学,属于一室模型药物。分别给大鼠服用银耳多糖铁(Ⅲ)配合物和FeSO_4实验结果表明:大鼠对银耳多糖铁(Ⅲ)配合物的吸收率高,消除速率常数小,铁在血清中维持较高浓度的时间长,并测得其生物利用度是72%,是FeSO_4的1.5倍。
The hydrolysis of Iron (Ⅲ)-tremella fuciformis polysaccharide complex (ITC) was stu- died at pH values ranging from 4 to 12 and no precipitates were observed so that it may have better bioavailability. Intravenously injecting to the rats, its elimination kinetic was found to be the first order and one compartment model. ITC exhibtied higher absorption, smaller elimination and longer duration of high serum iron concentration than that of FeSO_4 when rats were fed with ITC and FeSO_4, respectively. The bioavailability of ITC was 72% which was 0. 5 times higher than that of FeSO_4.
