摘要 首次将HRP细胞内注射技术应用于大鼠脊髓背角。从而提供了大鼠脊孤束-背索突触后(SST-DCPS)神经元的微细结构。在大鼠腰髓背角深层获得3例经细胞内染色显示出较完整结构的SST-DCPS神经元,其中2例位于第Ⅳ板层,胞体略呈梭形和三角形,参考Bennett对猫背索突触后(DCPS)神经元树突分布的分型,应为D型;另1例位于V层内侧,胞体呈椭圆形,树突分型为B型神经元。 The present study firstly adopted the technique of HRP intracellar injection to the spinal dorsal horn of rats and thereby provided information regarding the microarchitecture of the SST-DCPS neurons. Three SST-DCPS neurons with intact structure were intracellu- larly stained in deeper laminae of the dorsal horn following intracellular recording. Two of them were respectively spindle and triangle shaped locating in the laminae Ⅵ. Their dendri- tic trees were classified as type D according to Bennet et al. The other was found in the lam- inae V. Its somata was ellipse in form and its dendrites distributed like type B.
